We ship in the US nationwide. We currently do not ship international at this time but we're happy to refer to our gifting friends that can.
How long will it take to ship?
It depends on where the gifts go. You are able to select a preferred ship/pickup day at checkout - this is the day it will leave our workshop. Generally orders will be processed within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays). Please allow additional shipping time for carrier transport (we estimate 2-4 business days).
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use USPS and UPS, in addition to local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout and tracking information will be provided once avaliable.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges will be reflected at checkout and can range from $10-16 / box depending on ship to location.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Please use a seperate checkout when shipping to multiple addresses. Please contact us through the form below if placing an order of 3 or more and we will assist with your order.
Can you ship plants, flowers or alcohol?
We are unable to ship these items, however they are avaliable through local pickup or hand delivery (if within our delivery zip code area) in the OKC Metro.
Please note, alcohol can not be purchased through our store, however clients may provide and we will arrange in gift box / basket on your behalf.
Can I pick up my gift and deliver myself?
Absolutely! Local pickup is Free and avaliable in NW Oklahoma City in zip code area 73162. Pickup details will be provided once order is placed.
HAND DELIVERIES
When will my gift be hand delivered?
You are able able to select a preferred hand delivery date at checkout - we do our best to honor these preferred dates and will work back with you if we cannot accomodate the date selected.

What if my recipient lives outside of the delivery area?
Additional areas may be avaliable at special request. Additional fees may apply. Please send us an email if you have a special request before ordering at hello@kneadandnod.com

Will my gift be left at the front desk or on the porch if my recipient is not available?
Yes, all gifts will be left at the front desk or porch if the recipient is not avaliable on selected delivery date unless noted in the delivery instructions at checkout. We suggest letting the recipient know a gift is being delivered to ensure safe arrival.
FLORAL NOTE: A new floral arragement purchase is required if the gift is not picked up or undeliverable on the scheduled date.
MADE-TO-ORDER REQUESTS
What is a "Made-to-Order" gift?
Our Made-to-Order requests allow us to personalize your gift giving experience. Simpy fill out our Request Form (coming soon!) and we will work with you to build a thoughtfully curated gift with hand-picked items in our store.
Will I be able to review and approve the contents of the box prior to sending?
Yes! Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. We will provide details on the gift vessel (gift box or basket), contents of the box and final cost with invoice.
What is the processing time for Made-to-Order gifts?
2-4 business days. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond to Made-to-Order requests. Once approved, please allow an additional 24-48 hours of lead time before shipping, hand delivery or local pickup.
Note: Gifts will not be made until purchase is complete.
How do I pay for my Made-to-Order gifts?
An invoice will be sent at the review & approval stage of the Made-to-Order process. Please note, gifts will not be built or delivered until invoice is paid.
Can I add branding to my Made-to-Order gifts?
Absolutely! A branding logo upload is avaliable within the request.

What are you gift box sizes?
Our paperboard boxes are 7 x 7 x 4 and 10 x 10 x 4. Our wooden crates are 12 x 9.
Do you offer custom boxes?
Yes! We love a fun fully custom project. For orders of 12 or more boxes, we can put together a proposal for you and your team. Please complete the form below to get started.
Can I include alcohol with my gift?
Yes! Although, you cannot purchase alcohol direct from us, we are happy to include client provided items and we will arrange in the gift box / basket on your behalf.
Alcohol can be delivered direct to us or we are avaliable to pickup at an additional fee. Please contact us at hello@kneadandnod.com to make arrangements.
